Panera Generosity In the Details

Creative directed this national franchise and brought a new platform to life across brand and product centric work (read: I can make your CMO and SVP happy).

Panera isn't like the other fast casual restaurants in their category. Instead of rows and rows wobbly metal high tops, it has big booths with comfy cushions. Jon Taffer wouldn’t approve of a lot of their business decisions but some things; like staying open five extra minutes to see one customer smile are just more important.

This campaign was an ode to all those details, and how the difference they make can be big.
